2 - Green tea should be drunk at least 1 hour before eating food because it contains tannin. The tannin present in it impairs your body's function. By drinking it more, your stomach starts forming more acid. Drinking it immediately before eating can cause problems such as stomach pain, nausea or constipation. 

3 - Avoid drinking green tea on an empty stomach in the morning. Eat something along with drinking green tea. No more than 3 cups of green tea per day because it can cause dehydration. Excess caffeine can cause insomnia, stomach upset, vomiting, diarrhea and urinary problems. Green tea should not be drunk immediately before bedtime.

4 - Milk or sugar should not be used with green tea. Morning and evening hours are perfect for green tea as it helps to activate metabolism.
